About

Gene Louis

Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri by musician parents I started playing shows and touring at the age of six and getting paid to play all instruments. I’ve had a band for over 20 years called bullets and octane. I never stepped foot into a high school. I’ve been tattooed since I was 13 years old, been married and divorced twice, psych wards therapists etc. etc. out of my mind. I don’t plan on living long but I do plan on living hard. I believe that if you have a passion you die for it no matter what, if your stomach hurts because you’re hungry that means that you’re putting all your time energy and money into your passion. If nothing comes of the music I make, I’ll know for sure that I spent my whole life writing and recording music up until my body gave out.

I was signed it to RCA records, ended up doing some acting and all kinds of crazy shit in between. I have toured the world over and over and now I do what I want to do no matter what. Right now all I care about is making music that I’m proud of. I like to entertain people, I like to create constantly, I don’t like wasting time and I don’t like my time being wasted. You only truly understand Rock n roll once you actually hate everything about it. You can’t change who you are and everybody will definitely try! Learn to love the animal you are because you are one, Cherish it.

Jonny Udell

Jonny Udell is from Philadelphia , PA. He has been playing drums since 11 years old after he failed at guitar! He moved to Los Angeles in his early 20’s and has had a hell of a ride. Finding his first musical success in the band The Knives touring along such acts as CKY, The Cult, Fu Manchu and Bullets and Octane. That’s where Jonny established a long relationship with Bullets front man Gene Louis. When Gene put Bullets back together he called Jonny for the drumming duties. A year and half later they are traveling the world playing rock and roll together. Jonny is a proud endorser of Vic Firth Drumsticks and Paiste Cymbals.

Felipe Rodrigo

Born in Uruguay, rock and roll infected him at a young age. He had a thing for loud music, so at 18, he moved to California and started playing the local scene. These days energy has shifted towards touring the world and recording rock n roll music for the new generations. The Los Angeles based lead guitarist slays both locally and internationally, shaking foundations worldwide.

Zachary Kibbee

Zachary Kibbee started playing music at 14 when his buddy suggested he learn bass. Taking to music very quickly, the LA native has played in many bands and has since gone on to round himself out as a musician learning to sing, play guitar, drums, ukulele and keys. He's played in rock bands, punk bands, hardcore bands, country bands and everywhere in between.

He joined Bullets And Octane when asked by Gene, who had been playing drums in Zachary's solo project since it's inception in 2013.
